This ice appears harder than normal. I wonder if the Gloom somehow has changed it. Why don't you make an Ice Pick and see if that helps. You can try the Ice Pick out on my frozen tool over there.
Make an Ice Pick and test it out on George's Tool.
There are probably more items frozen out in the Gloom. You should see if you can find them all!
